Seeker purchase
The support has been good. I received the luggage earlier, but had to return back and request for new one as the earlier luggage had scratches. Also the luggage was not packed in original box The second one received also did not come with original packing. As there was no scratches, I accepted it. Also the luggage has come with lot of dust I suggest that Quality check has to be improved. Also the packing needs to be better if not being sent in original packing. As the temperature is hot outside, when I opened the box, the luggage was little hot. The delivery and return service team who supports to understand why the return is requested and process the return was good.
