Wrong item was delivered
I ordered knives, but I received glasses! It was Tuesday when I contacted to your support department (ticket number 452010), today is Friday, but I still have not got my knives! The only replies I got from your support department are just promises... I don't know when I will finally get my stuff... I'm very disappointed with your service, I ask you to give my money back if you are unable to provide me what I bought.
