The order process was smooth. I received the juicer on time, and I was able to track the delivery in a very sophisticated manner. Unfortunately the juicer I received was damaged. I filed a report online and received a call a couple of hours later and the juicer was replaced the next day. The response was very professional.

Nice slow juicer
It was on my shopping list for a long time, finally I bought it. It's perfect for making pure juice . But problem with the filter part and filter support part it's not fully joint and when i put pressure for joining them some rubber part stuck in between two. Otherwise it's okay.
